Session series. Structured outcomes.
MassageClient treatment plans organize massage therapy into structured session series with technique selection, frequency scheduling, and measurable goals. Plans connect to SOAP notes, the body viewer, and home care assignments \— so every session builds on the last.

A treatment plan is not a rebooking reminder.
Most massage software treats each session as independent. But effective massage therapy is cumulative \— session 4 builds on session 3. Treatment plans give that progression structure: which techniques, how often, for how long, and what outcome you\’re working toward.
Specify techniques per session and per region. Deep tissue for the lumbar, MFR for the thoracic, mobilization for the shoulder.
Define session frequency (weekly, biweekly) and total plan duration. The system tracks where you are in the series.
Set outcome targets \— ROM improvement, pain reduction, functional milestones \— and track progress across sessions.
Plans link to notes, body maps, and home care.
Each session in the plan connects to the SOAP note written after treatment. Body viewer findings attach to the relevant plan phase. Home care assignments travel with the plan so clients know what to do between sessions.
